General Themes of Property Management:

• Property manager's role and attitude is that of surrogate owner of property.
• Managing agent is proactive.
• Managing agent acts exclusively as managing agent, with no conflict of interest.
• The owner should not, out of necessity, perform operations.
• The owner sets the policy, and the managing agent executes and then reports to the owner for its review.
